- Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple where purchases are made through the App Store.
- Prices, trial terms, and billing periods will be disclosed before purchase when applicable.
- We may change pricing or available plans for future periods, subject to applicable notice requirements.
4. User content
You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to operate the service.
- You are responsible for content you upload, submit, or share through the apps.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your content only as needed to operate the app and related services.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
5. Acceptable use
Use the apps lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the apps except where law permits.
- Do not interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the apps or related systems.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, abuse, fraud, or spam.
- Do not use the apps in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

We and our licensors own the apps and their branding.
The apps, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to you under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
